The office is located in the Bardstown Medical Building at the corner of S. 5th St. and W. John Fitch Ave.  As you come south on 5th St., turn left heading east on W. John Fitch.  Take the first right into the parking lot which extends all the way down beside the mill.  Our entrance is up the ground level ramp beside Bardstown Diagnostic Center.
